Founder's Vision
Essex Advisors was formed to bring my experience in sales and sales management to small and mid-sized businesses and start-ups in the Twin Cities metro area. I have held positions in sales support, B2B sales, sales management, and as an executive sales leader over my career and would welcome the opportunity to use this experience to help you to grow your business.
By hiring Essex Advisors as a sales consultant to work on your strategy, your sales processes or as your part time sales leader, you get the benefit of a 25 year sales professional being part of your team, but at a substantially reduced cost when compared to hiring a full time leader. My Approach
I like to start with an informal discussion (a virtual cup of coffee if you like) to get a feel for your business and the challenges that you are facing. If there is a mutual fit we would then move on to a more detailed face to face discussion on options and services. If necessary I can run a full audit on your sales system to identify specific areas that we could work on together. This is all geared to finding the best bang for your buck.
My services range from improving your lead flow, mapping out and adding discipline to your nurturing and closing process, designing compensation plans, coaching sales people, or taking over your sales department entirely on a part time or fractional basis. I can also help with strategic planning, vision and values, and organisational effectiveness. This is all designed to allow you, the business owner, to focus on running your company.
